Who we are....
We opened The Pilates ConneXion in February of 2007 with a dream of a pilates studio to help men and women of all ages achieve body awareness, flexibility, strength, and toned muscles. We continue with this mission and look forward to many more years.

If you have participated in a Pilates exercise program that uses equipment then go to our online scheduler, pick a class and sign up. If you are new to Pilates exercise then contact us today and schedule your "introduction to pilates" session and begin your path to a new you.
