Reformer Classes


The Reformer is one of the pieces of equipment used in the Pilates Method. The Reformer is set on spring resistance and is designed to elongate and strengthen the entire body.   An instructor teaches each of the classes while you take charge of the equipment. This class will leave you feeling stretched and strengthened.

The group reformer class is for clients who have completed the "intro to pilates" sessions.  Maximum class size is 4 per class and each class in 55 minutes in duration.  

Reservations are required to ensure your place in the class.  Please check our webscheduler for class days and times.


 Pilates Mat/Ball Classes


Pilates mat exercises are designed using the resistance of your own body and gravity. Exercise balls, bands, and free weights are sometimes incorporated. This is a full body workout that will leave you stretched, strengthened and invigorated!

Pilates mat/ball classes are open to new as well as experienced clients. Each class is 55 minutes in duration.  Reservations are required to reserve your place in this class.  

Class size limited to 6.
