Reformer Classes
  Group Reformer Classes and Private Reformer Classes The Reformer is one of the pieces of equipment used in the Pilates Method. The Reformer is set on spring resistance and is designed to elongate and strengthen the entire body. An instructor teaches each of the classes while you take charge of the equipment. This class will leave you feeling stretched and strengthened. The group reformer class is for clients who have completed the "Intro to Pilates" sessions. Maximum class size is 5 per class and each class in 55 minutes in duration. Reservations are required to ensure your place in the class. Please check our web-scheduler for class days and times or call the studio to schedule your "Intro to Pilates Sessions" or your private class.

Burn at the Barre Classes
  Burn at the Barre Classes The exciting and original Burn at the Barre Workout is created by a Chiropractor and a professional Dancer for an effective, efficient, and safe workout that focuses on proper form to achieve maximal results. It’s the perfect blend of deep muscle toning with resistance, the grace of ballet, the flexibility of yoga and the core strengthening of Pilates. The class is designed to build strength and stamina through intervals of sprints and recovery. EXO Chair Classes
  EXO Chair Classes The new Balanced Body EXO Chair delivers a unique full-body workout. The small group classes utilize a piece of Pilates equipment that is considered by some to be one of the most challenging pieces of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. The EXO Chair allows for a challenging full-body resistance experience. It's a great new tool for conditioning and building upper and lower body strength for people of all fitness levels.

Mat/Ball Classes
  Pilates Mat/Ball Classes Pilates mat exercises are designed using the resistance of your own body and gravity. Exercise balls, bands, and free weights are sometimes incorporated. This is a full body workout that will leave you stretched, strengthened and invigorated! Pilates mat/ball classes are open to new as well as experienced clients. Each class is 55 minutes in duration. Reservations are required to reserve your place in this class.
