Cinderella's Closet Dress Drive
February 12 & 14, 8:00 am to Noon & 4:30-7:30 pm
Please open up your heart and donate your new or gently used formal dresses and accessories and help us "Turn Dresses into Dreams" for financially disadvantaged girls all over Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana.
Donate new or gently used Formal Dresses in all sizes, but need "Plus Sizes" 18 (less than 5 years old, in excellent condition, & dry cleaned)
Formal Shoes, Formal Jewelry, Evening Handbags, Unopened New Makeup
Monetary Gifts are also accepted.

Pilates for Pink Day

Our first “Pilates for Pink Day” was held on Saturday, October 20, 2007. We had approximately twenty participants making a donation to the Breast Cancer Research Fund to take agroup reformer class or mat class. Thank you to everyone who attended the fundraiser or made a donation. The event was a huge success because of you.

The Pilates Connexion celebrated National Pilates Day on Saturday, May 5, 2007!
We were pleased to offer free introductory 30 minute sessions to introduce new clients to the Pilates method of mind body exercise.

Dixie Heights High School....2007 May Term

The Pilates Connexion was involved in the Junior/Senior rewards week at Dixie Heights High School.
During the week long event that rewarded students for attendance and grades, we hosted Pilates Mat classes to approximately 50 students during (2) 2.5 hour sessions.
We introduced the mat and ball work to the students, discussed the fundamentals of the pilates method and all in all gave them an outstanding workout each day.
Not only once did we hear from these students how great the exercise was, but how difficult it was.
A great experience was had by all and we enjoyed teaching these young bodies and minds about the wonderful method of pilates.
